Quadrix Solutions Makes Holidays Brighter for Less Fortunate
Firm Becomes Founding Member of Geeks Give Back

Piscataway, NJ, December 6, 2000 - Quadrix Solutions (www.quadrix.com) joins "Night of 100 Geeks", the first event organized by Geeks Give Back (www.geeksgiveback.com), a nationwide consortium of dot.com and tech companies who are giving back to their communities. On the night of December 12th, employees of Quadrix Solutions will shop, using their own funds, to benefit FISH, Inc., a Piscataway, New Jersey food pantry.

According to Chad Little, CEO of mygeek.com and co-founder of Geeks Give Back: "There is a public perception that young, savvy, 'dot.com' companies are making tons of money and blowing their fortunes on blimps, decadent launch parties and smart houses that are too smart for their own good -- instead of giving back to their communities. So, mygeek.com organized an industry-wide charitable alliance -- Geeks Give Back -- to turn the tables and fund food pantries for the upcoming holiday season. We knew we were going in the right direction when Steve Wozniak agreed to be the first founding member. The founding member list of Geeks Give Back has continued to grow, with distinguished companies like Quadrix Solutions getting on board."

"The real measure of our success is not what we gain, but what we can give back to our community," explains Susan Minzter, chief marketing officer, Quadrix Solutions. "FISH is an all volunteer organization that responds with compassion to the needs of the poor, the elderly, the homeless, and those who fall between the cracks of public assistance. We hope that our efforts on December 12th will be the beginning of a long-term relationship between Quadrix Solutions and FISH."

"Quadrix Solutions is making a real difference in the lives of the poor and disenfranchised in the Middlesex, New Jersey area," affirms Ida Gildea, Director, Food & Welfare, FISH, Inc. "The FISH organization relies entirely on private donations of goods, services and money to carry out our programs. It is heartwarming to see the young, successful, upwardly mobile professionals at Quadrix Solutions give of their time and energy to make a difference in the lives of others who are less fortunate."
