Quadrix Solutions: One Of The Fastest Growing Tech Company in North America
Customer Focus and Sound Economic Fundamentals Drive Strong Revenue Growth

Piscataway, NJ, October 16, 2002 – Quadrix Solutions, a systems integration and managed collocation services provider that has revolutionized the Internet Industry with its innovative Design for eXcellence™ (DFX) announced that it ranked Number 281 on the 2001 Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500. The Fast 500 is a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on five-year percentage revenue growth from 1997-2001.

Continuing to defy the economic downturn, Quadrix Solutions, a systems integrator and custom managed colocation solutions provider, grew 1,265 percent during this period, making it one of the fastest growing technology company in New Jersey. Although the winners were not judged on profitability, Quadrix has been profitable since its inception in 1994.

"With its ranking on the prestigious Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, Quadrix Solutions' leaders have proven that they have the vision and the fortitude to excel in the highly competitive technology industry," said Mark A. Evans, managing director of Deloitte & Touche's Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. "We congratulate Quadrix Solutions on becoming one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in the United States and Canada."

"Once again, we are proud to be recognized as one of the fastest growing technology companies in all of North America," said Ben Reytblat, CEO of Quadrix Solutions. Reytblat continues, "We believe our success can be attributed to the total dedication our team gives to customer service. Our focus remains the same from the day we started Quadrix - to do right the right thing for our customer. That has helped us maintain long-term, strategic relationships with our customers throughout the years."

The Fast 500 list is compiled from three sources: winners of Deloitte & Touche's 22 regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. To qualify for the Fast 500, companies must have had 1997 operating revenues of at least $50,000 USD and $75,000 CD, for United States and Canada respectively, must be public or private companies headquartered in North America, and be "technology companies" -- defined as companies that own proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devote a high percentage of effort to research and development of technology
